Bagnare la zucca intera, e metterla per 30 minuti in forno a 200*
Pelare le patate, metterle a bollire in acqua salata
Tagliare e sbucciare la zucca e privarla dei semi

Condirle con noce moscata, sale, pepe ed iniziare ad impastare, aggiungere l’uovo e la farina finché ne assorbe l’impasto

Impastare bene il tutto è dividere in palle, da ogni palla formare dei serpentelli
